I guess one wasn't enough

We now have 2 dogs. Ian thought Jack needed a friend. I had been thinking the same thing but I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure if we were ready to be a 2-dog family and, we were still adjusting to having Jack. Some friends from church have a litter of puppies that they've been trying to find homes for for a few weeks now. After several name suggestions----Rex, Shrek, Max, and Chomp----we landed on Ace(Zack's idea).

What a cute face! This is after our long walk. Poor little guy was pooped.


I took this one just a few minutes ago. Ace and Todd are passed out in the rocking chair. I wish I could take a nap. I'm wiped out after that walk too!
